Soft Round Sling

  • Soft Round Sling is composed of inner High Tenacity Polyester Yarns and outer Polyester Tube. Inner High Tenacity Polyester Yarn maintain strength and Outer Polyester Tube wrapping the inner Polyester Yarn to prevent from the damage.
  • We also manufacture in specical sizes and standards following customr's order.
  • Before first use of the sling it should be ensured that:
    a) the sling corresponds precisely to that specified on the order;
    b) the manufacturer’s certificate has been issued showing compliance to the required standard;
    c) the identification and WLL marked on the sling correspond with the information on the
    certificate.

  • There are four basic sling configurations, which meet most moving, lifting and turning requirements:

    1. VERTICAL (Straight Pull);
    2. BASKET HITCH:
    3. CHOKER HITCH; and,
    4. (MULTIPLE LEG SLING (Bridle).

  • Advantage of Round Sling

    • Compare to Websling and Wire rope, it is more flexible, light weight, lifting work becomes simple and fast.
    • The volume is smaller than Websling, it has easy storage
    • The outer Tube is Soft, so it doesn’t cause any damage to the cargo during the lifting work.
    • It is composed od many Polyester yarn, so it can’t cutting easily and can know when replacement time.
