Liquid to be mixed together for use with glass cloth , glass mat and glass tape .
The mixture hardens into a rigid mass that bonds with high tenacity to almost any surface to produce a tight seal which will not dissolve in water , oil or most chemicals and will resist elevated temperatures and pressure .
